Since 1972, Twin Pines
Groceries, Organic Foods & Thrift Shop has provided Port Washington
with a food co-op and a charitable thrift store. For a small annual
membership fee, customers earn 10 percent to 15 percent discount on all
their groceries. The store offers great savings as well as the
satisfaction of knowing that the money spent, is going to a good cause.
Twin Pines proceeds go directly into providing food and clothing for the
needy. Donations are made by appointment only. Furniture is welcome
(no bed mattresses, please).
